Eligibility Criteria

In order to get admitted to the technical courses at an undergraduate level, the candidates must be 12 passed. Admission would depend on the candidate’s performance in the admission test combined with his 12th examination scores.

In case of the post graduate courses, the scores of the entrance examinations are evaluated with his scores of graduation.

However, for the non-technical courses at the under graduate level, the students will be evaluated only on the basis of their 12th examination scores.

Admission Procedure

As the admission process starts, the candidates have to download the forms from the officialwebsite. Forms are also available from the university campus. After filling up the form andenclosing it with the required documents, the candidates have to submit it before the deadline.The names of the selected candidates will be declared in the university campus and alsothrough the net.

Facilities and Infrastructure

Although the college is located in a very small town, it tries to provide the students all thepossible amenities and modern technologies. It has more than 300 computers with power backup and high end internet connection. Clean and tidy hostels are provided separately to the girlsand boys. Apart from that, there is a work shop, where trainings are imparted to the engineeringstudent; an audio visual center, for video conferring and seminars; a yoga center, music trainingcenter, a well stocked central library, an Ayurveda health center and a sport center.

With so many facilities, it is needless to say that there are ample scopes of extracurricularactivities in the campus. Apart from that, the university also organized annual youth festival for arelieving break from the course schedule. Apprenticeship training programs are also organized by the
university, so that the students gain firsthand knowledge about the industry and grow contacts.

Placement

Although placements take place regularly, most of the companies that come for recruitment donot belong to IT field. Most of the recruiters are part of agricultural sectors and food sectors, asthese are the disciplines where the university mostly caters to. Most of these companies arepublic sectors, focusing on rural development.
