Admission Procedure
The institute does not accept any donations from students for given them admission to different courses. The institute also offers fee discounts and scholarships for meritorious and deserving students.
The admission to different courses are based on the performance in Common Entrance Test Examination and also COMED – K. The admission is as per the VTU norms and the Seat Matrix as announced by VTU. The courses offered, seat matrix and fee structure is as follows:

Facilities and Infrastructure
The class rooms are equipped with a computer system and an overhead projector apart from basic amenities.
The institute offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus. The girl’s hostel has the facility to accommodate 93 students. Facilities such as common study/library area, a TV room, Internet room and an indoor play area are provided in the hostel. Each floor also has a caretaker’s room.
The Boys Hostel can accommodate around 110 students in this phase. Each student is provided with a combined Bed- Study unit consisting of a Study table, a Wardrobe, a Book rack and a single Bed with individual lighting and Electrical socket points with Computer points. Each room in the hostel has 3 member/5 member accommodation.
The canteen of the college functions from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm. Apart from this, a food court is also available within the campus.
The college owns a fleet of buses that runs in eight different routes including places like Ramanagar, JP Nagar, Kanakapura, Jalahalli, Sunkadakatte, Banashankari, Vijayanagar, Kengeri, Rajarajeshwari nagar, etc.
The institute also provides facilities for sports activities and coaching is also provided in various games.
Student life at AIeMS
The day in class room starts by displaying visuals about Eminent personalities, Thought for the day and Word for the day. All the classrooms are provided with LCD projectors. The faculty provides the classes along with PPT presentations.
A contemporary Courseware Portal is being designed, which gives the students an opportunity to discuss academic things. The facility also gives the faculty the chance to assign academic exercises and evaluate the students’ performance through online communication.

AIeMS Corporate Training Center
The Corporate Training Center (CTC) at AIeMS offers companies with the modern facility to simultaneously train over 400 professionals under one roof. CTC provides corporates with a modern facility to train their employees on their topics of choice with the use of modern learning aids.
The facility allows over 400 participants to simultaneously undergo corporate training under one roof. The facilities include Wi-Fi enabled classrooms, corridors, cafeteria, and library. Each classroom is equipped with projection system and audio visual facility.
